Welcome to Keloviren (hereinafter referred to as "I" or "we"). This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of our products, including garden swings, recliners, gazebos, and parasols. Please read this carefully before placing an order.

Delivery Scope
We currently offer shipping services exclusively within Australia. We do not support delivery to any other countries or regions outside of Australia at this time.

Shipping Fees

  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders totaling AU$90.00 or more.
  • Standard Shipping Fee: For orders totaling less than AU$90.00, a flat shipping fee of AU$9.99 will be charged.

Taxes
All applicable taxes and related fees are included in the product price displayed on our online store. You will not be required to pay any additional tax fees upon delivery or at checkout.

Order Cut-off Time
Our order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (Australia/Sydney, AEST/AEDT).

  • Orders placed before 6:00 PM on a business day will begin processing on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed starting the following business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting the next available business day.

Handling Time
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order. We strive to prepare your garden furniture and accessories for shipment as quickly as possible.

Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7-10 business days. 

Logistics Carriers
To ensure your items arrive safely, we partner with reliable carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Sendle, and Allied Express. The specific carrier used may vary depending on the size and weight of the item (e.g., large gazebos may require specialized freight carriers).

Order Tracking
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your order number, payment confirmation, and carrier details. You can track the status of your shipment by visiting the "Track Your Order" page on our website. Simply enter your email address or phone number along with your order number to view real-time updates.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Product Damage or Loss: If your product is damaged or lost during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Modifications and Cancellations: If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us before the item is shipped. Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, we may not be able to intercept or modify the shipment.
  • Delivery Address Responsibility: We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping information carefully at checkout.

Signing and Inspection
Given the nature of our products (garden furniture, gazebos, etc.), we strongly recommend that you inspect the outer packaging upon arrival. If you notice visible damage to the packaging, please note this when signing for the delivery or refuse the shipment and contact us immediately.

Unforeseen Delays
While we make every effort to meet the estimated delivery timelines, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather conditions, natural disasters, or carrier operational disruptions.
